GENERAL

We are proud to support all branches of the US Military!

A few specifics to keep in mind:

  • Please write the service member’s full name in the order.
  • Order tracking outside of the USA may be unreliable or missing due to factors outside of USPS control (inspections/other delays etc).

If you encounter any issues placing a military order, PLEASE get in touch with us.. we want to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Most orders are mailed within 3-7 business days after the order is placed. You can check the status of your orders at  https://v2.enhancedathlete.com/my-account/orders/

As soon as we process an order in our warehouse, we generate a tracking number. When this number is created, it will show up under the specific order in your account screen located [here].
Please keep in mind, there will be a delay up to 2 business days between generation of tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

Most domestic orders are fulfilled within 7 business days from payment. Please add an additional 2-5 business days to account for transit to your mailbox. You can check the status of your orders at  https://v2.enhancedathlete.com/my-account/orders/
If your order still seems to be hung up at any point in the process, please reach out to one of our customer service reps and we will help track down the issue.

We do not offer to reship missing packages with USPS confirmed delivery. We suggest, if applicable, first contact your apartment management, then contact your local USPS mail center to report the package stolen (find the contact number on the USPS website). You may also need to contact US Postal Inspection Service and your local police. Mail theft is a felony!

Our policy is in line with other online retailers, e.g. Amazon’s policy states “reasons for a claim being denied include … The item was received and the third-party seller provided verification of delivery”

Your bank may offer theft protection as part of your credit or debit card. Contact your bank directly as policies vary depending on card type.

If you are worried about your package being stolen, we suggest you use a mailbox service such as USPS PO Boxes or get your order delivered to your place of work. If your order has already been dispatched, USPS offer their Package Intercept service.

Unfortunately, if we were to reship delivered packages, it would leave us open to fraudulent claims.

USA (Domestic)

Yep. No problem.

We currently use USPS to ship our domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL/WORLD

We do not guarantee duty-free clearance at your customs/point of entry, and we also do not insure against loss or seizure. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Before ordering, check with your country’s customs department to verify if the items in your order are legal for import, and, if so, if there is a limit to how much you can import per shipment (some counties get VERY expensive if total value exceeds a certain amount).

We can ship to ANY COUNTRY in the world except the following countries:

  • Syria/Syrian Arab Republic
  • Cuba
  • North Korea
  • Crimea
  • Iran
  • Sudan

We send out with USPS. We’ve found this carrier to be the most cost-effective and hassle-free, especially for international customers.
