Where did product XX go?

Yes, some products were removed. Check your email, check your spam folder, check the EA Forum, and finally check the links/promo banner(s) on the front page of this website. Questions regarding where products have gone cannot be answered via this support form.

Why is my Credit Card order on-hold?

If you paid with Credit Card, please accommodate a couple of business days for us to validate your payment, as this is an OFFLINE method. (Online credit card processing is NOT a stable/consistent option in our particular industry). Once your card has been charged, your order will update from “on-hold” to “processing” immediately, in preparation for shipping. Once your order has shipped, it will be marked “complete”.

My order says Awaiting Fulfillment?

This is good! Basically, your payment was successful, and now the order is in the hands of our fulfillment center. They will typically mail out your package promptly, however if your products are on backorder/pre-order, your order will stay in this stage until stock arrives at their warehouse.

What should I buy? I need some cycle advice!

Check out our forum HERE for an awesome resource on cycles / stacking etc. Many knowledgeable members can help you get sorted fast! This being said, WE CANNOT REPLY to any requests for product use advice on this page / form.

Tracking your order / Has it shipped?

If you haven’t received an update email, we might not have shipped it yet, or the email may have skipped your inbox folder (gmail users especially – check the “updates” tab!!)

In any case, you may check your order status in your account section HERE. Tracking numbers will also be viewable here once orders have shipped.

When is product XX coming back in stock?

Please check the individual product pages for ETAs. If an item is out of stock or on backorder (with NO ETA), we can’t guarantee the ETA because the product has not yet been sent by our raw supplier. If we DO have an ETA, we WILL list it on the product page.

What's the deal with customs? Will my stuff get seized, or will I have to pay a bunch of tax?

Of the 140+ countries we ship to, each has different regulations on what can be brought in from the outside. Your package may be seized if it does not comply with import regulations, or it may be seized if it’s 100% legal, but you live in a country with a high rate of corruption in the customs department. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING!
